Hey, I have tried my best to make this as straight forward and easy for youse as possible! Here are a few things you should know before booking your appointment!

If you can’t find an appointment suitable for you please sent me a message and I will try my best to find a suitable appointment for you as I may be able to move appointments around for you.
ALL colour appointments require a patch test atleast 48 hours before your appointment, to organise this please drop me a message to know when I am in the salon. If the skin test isn’t carried out I unfortunately will not be able to carry out the service, this is for your safety aswell as mine!
Parking - there are a couple of spaces outside the salon however these fill up fast. There is a car park behind Sambucas, which can be paid on the RingGo app or you can pay cash, there is also parking at the train station. Please give yourself plenty of time to park up before your appointment.
Card details will be taken upon booking and will be stored securely. Your card will be card if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or if you do not turn up to your appointment. ALL bookings can be changed, moved or cancelled via the booking system. If you have any issues please pop me a message and I will help you.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I won’t be able to go ahead with it and will unfortunately have to turn you away. If you are running late please send me a message and I will try my best to sort something to help you!
